Returns (Change of Mind)
You may return your camera within 7 days of delivery if you change your mind.
- The camera must be in the same condition as received.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund.
Repairs & Issues (Within 30 Days)
If you encounter any functional issues with your camera, you can send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for repair.
- We will assess the issue and do our best to repair the camera.
- In cases where repair is not possible, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.
Important Note on Film Cameras
All our cameras are carefully tested before being sold. However, most film cameras are pre-owned and mechanical in nature, which means they can develop faults over time. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.
